The home is inarguably beautiful and spacious and the grounds are even more impressive; feeling almost jungle-like and overall private. The finishes of the house are all high-end and great quality. All that being said, it didn't quite feel finished. Not a lot of window treatments/ paper blinds in areas, missing end tables/nightstands in upstairs bedrooms, outlets didn't work in the master bath etc. Biggest issue however was the deceiving part about the "tenants/groundskeeper" being on property. That was in fact the two owners and had I not asked, that would not have been mentioned. Their unit overlooks the entire backyard and pool area plus their access point is thru the backyard so there's no ounce of privacy if that's your thing. Overall beautiful but I would check with them to see if they will be staying on property first before you book. They offered a solution that made us fine to stay but likely wouldn't book again.
