Every stay is subject to a rental agreement signed by the primary guest before arrival, the Guest Cancellation Policy and the house rules listed in the Home Truths of the listing.
Guests complete identity and fraud screening; stays of 30 nights or more add a background check.
Listing a home
Owners keep control of pricing and availability on Rove Lite and RoveCore, and authorize Rove to manage the guest experience on Rove+. Rove charges the plan fee described on the fee structure page and nothing else.
Liability
Rove provides damage protection on rovetravel.com bookings as described on the owner pages. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for guests they bring to the home.
