Very Clean House Definitely would Book again !

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay in Royal Oak. Each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom which was great for getting ready for our event. There is also plenty of communal space. The ONLY draw back to the lovely open space is that the sound carries, making staggered bedtimes tough. Will 100% rent again when we are in the area. Thank you, Melissa!

This is a high-end gorgeous place with designer aesthetic flair. We loved the amenities and spaciousness for our family gathering. It served as an awesome home away from home for a very special time to celebrate the life of a loved one. We are so grateful to have landed here for our place to relax and be together.

Great house in great location

A brand new build in an area that is quite hard to find a newer home. Melissa's house was beautifully designed, thoughtfully decorated, and perfect for our trip. My family is very sensitive to mold, and Melissa's house, being a newer build, was a perfect fit. High ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a high-end kitchen, and 2 sitting areas. I would 100% stay here again.

Melissa was an amazing host! The place was beautiful, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
