Property was nice

The house was nice. Rooms accommodated my family. Rove customer service representative was extremely helpful due to the issues l had within the home. One of the beds had a broken frame on the day of Check-ln. The bed was fixed the next day.

Definitely recommend. Great communication and great customer service. They checked on us to make sure everything was going ok, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the pool at the property. Really nicely renovated and spacious home.

Pros: The house is in the perfect location, extremely close to Las Olas restaurants and bars and a quick drive to the beach. Our group loved the pool with its floats and warm water. Cons: The 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness. While the linens were all clean and beds were set up comfortably, we noticed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed (or spots were missed) as there were crumbs and dirt in the master and kitchen upon arrival. The linen closet doors have a lot of dust built up. We saw 2 roaches while there and we were only there for 1 full day (4p Fri - 10a Sun), and unfortunately just had a roach come out of one of our backpacks upon returning home. Their listing says they have pest control come but be aware there still appears to be a roach problem.
