Park Place I | Gramercy | Duplex w/ Private Garden

Wonderful stay, clean, comfortable, and great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and well-stocked with all of the necessities. The outdoor patio space was a very nice treat in the city, and was great for pets. The Internet connection was good, and there were two standing desks with monitor, keyboard, and mouse, so working was easy. Minor quibble was that the front two bedrooms were right on the street and not well sound insulated, so light sleepers might have a bit of a problem; the back two bedrooms were quiet. Overall the neighborhood was very livable and pet-friendly. The location is not really close to the major destinations in NYC, but if you're willing to take the subway the Union Square station was a short walk away and made it pretty easy to get anywhere. Rove was a pleasure to deal with, always helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at another one of their properties in the future.

This stay was perfect. Exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The property has everything you can possibly need, even more than we expected. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and had great essential products such as detergent, dishwasher soap, coffee, etc. were super helpful too. We were just relocating from a different country and this really felt like a home away from home in this transition. The staff from the booking, to the reception and super were great and always helpful. Super recommended!

The warmth and hospitality of the Rove team made our stay special. They were always there with a friendly tip or helping hand.

We loved the eclectic mix of modern and vintage furniture, giving the place a character that’s uniquely Rove. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space, it was perfect for reading and spending time with the family.

Loved this duplex apartment. The private backyard is an incredible space we enjoyed spending time in when the weather was nice! Well stocked apartment and a cozy building with just a few other units. Enjoyed our stay and the hosts' team who helped us throughout.
