Most homes are Request to Book. Pick your dates, review the itemised quote and send the request with your details. The owner reviews it, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until the request is accepted.
Instant Book
Some homes confirm immediately. Your card is charged when the host confirms and the rental agreement is sent right away.
Before you arrive
Sign the rental agreement, complete screening, and watch for check-in instructions. Homes flagged for condo board approval need the board to approve you before move-in, which can take 7 to 14 days or more.
