Before check-in
You can change the dates of a confirmed booking according to the cancellation window that applies to the home. Refunds go back to the original payment method, less credit card processing fees when you paid by card.
Request to Book stays are not charged until the owner accepts, so a request you withdraw before acceptance costs nothing.
After check-in
Reservations cannot be shortened or changed after check-in unless the host approves. If a home becomes unavailable during your stay, Rove moves you to a comparable home or refunds the unused nights.
Extensions
Rove does not offer month-to-month stays. Extend an existing reservation while the home is open; when it is not, the concierge will offer a comparable Rove home.
