Alta Vista | Hollywood | Designer Home w/Private Backyard & Hot Tub

We had a terrific time here. Very good choice for a lowkey hang in a really central part of Los Angeles. This house is truly 20 mins from all of the best parts of LA. Clean, relatively quiet, safe area. Beds were comfy and air/heat worked well and was very helpful as it was super cold one day and then warm the next. And Alana, the host was communicative and easy going. All good things! Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay. The house is as described, very clean and in a great location for walking and eating. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves.

This was the perfect home base for our family vacation. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and centrally located which made it easy to get other places around the city. The house was clean, well stocked with listed amenities, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Alana was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond to any questions I had and very helpful.

This is a great house in a fun neighborhood! Not only is there plenty to do within a 10 minute walk of the house itself, but in a city that is known for its traffic, it is relatively close to lots of places that many come to LA to see. The home was comfortable with ample and comfortable furnishings. It was well-appointed and clean. The most responsive host is the one who you don’t need to contact much because they have already anticipated all is your needs and included them in the home. This is exactly what happened here. Well done!

Great location and host! Quiet neighborhood. Really nice backyard and patio area. Everything was as described! Only note I have is pay attention that the room with two twin beds is actually a trundle bed which may not be the best space for two adults to share.
