Ashmont Grove | Greenwich Village | Designer Apt w/ Private Terrace

My husband and I stayed in NY for a month, and we absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The location is unbeatable - close to the subway, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was great - 2 excellent near-new bathrooms, and a large well-appointed kitchen. Lots of natural light. And communication with the host was seamless. Any query was immediately responded to, with the greatest of courtesy and helpfulness. Would definitely recommend.

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is great, and a short walk from West Village and Washington Square Park. You have to pay a deposit, and although this is listed I didn't notice it and this is unusual for AirBnB.

The place was clean and spacious, with great desk for working remotely. The team was responsive to any fixes and needs, and communicated within a few hours. The area is walkable and near the train for an easy commute, there was a great dog park two blocks away that my dog loved. There is a constant ambient noise of music coming from another apartment or the restaurant downstairs but you’ll get used to that. The heated floors were a nice touch in the bathroom. There is a huge homeless population in the area at night and early morning but I felt safe overall. The place came equipped with everything I needed and I only had to buy some extra paper towel.

The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We appreciated the easy and straightforward check-in process.

Check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions and no hassle. This was a fantastic downtown apartment, great location. Can't wait to stay here again.
