Rove rented out the apartment to us knowing that the next door wall on wall building was under total renovation throughout the six weeks we were there. They took advantage of AirB&B and got premium rent for it. I have put in a claim for almost 50% of the rent paid and am still waiting to hear back from them. Lesson learned.
