Dean House | Cobble Hill | Home with Private Terrace and Garden

What a gem tucked away in the heart of Brooklyn, perfectly situated between Boerum Hill and Cobble Hill. The apartment is filled with beautiful natural light, wonderfully spacious, and incredibly cozy. The living room quickly became one of my favorite places, and I loved spending evenings relaxing and knitting by the fireplace. It was the perfect home for me from fall into winter while I was working in NY, and I feel very lucky to have found it. The owners were kind, attentive, responsive and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay and I would happily stay here again.

Dean house was fantastic! It is a whole house in the heart of Boerum Hill which is one of the nicest areas in Brooklyn. The house is immaculate, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I especially liked the roof garden. Katia is an amazing host. Great communication and so helpful. The next time I’m in Brooklyn, I will definitely be staying at Dean House!

Our stay at 67 Dean was great! Owners were lovely. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. Neighborhood is fun and lively with great restaurants.
