Dream Beach House | Fort Lauderdale | Elegant home w/ Private Pool

In late 2025 I began searching for the perfect house to host my son's bachelor party. We needed a house in June '26 to sleep 16 located near a beach, airport and casino in South Florida. I thought there would be a large selection. That wasn't the case. Luckily I found 1723 N. Ft Lauderdale Beach Blvd. The house was perfect. Across the street from the beach, incredible pool, 6 bedrooms with room for 16 men to sleep in beds (vs couches and air mattresses) though some had to share a king or queen. As a bonus there are two ice makers and a beverage refrigerator so all of the drinks remained cold. Also, the house has a pool table, ping pong table, darts, spike ball, a putting green and plenty of room at the dining room table or outside table to fit large parties. In other words, this house was made to host large crowds of young men or women. Lastly, Cara was amazing. She responded to all of my stupid questions within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this AirBND and host.

What an amazing house! Stayed here with my groomsmen for my bachelor party and the space was so accommodating. Great amenities, great location and great communication with the host! Everything was easy and both check in and check out was a breeze! Definitely recommend this location and host for your next stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

AMAZING place. From beginning to end, host was extremely responsive and open to the idea of using this house. From the bedroom views of the ocean, to the spacious home and games. We had endless fun and activities for all age groups. If we ever had any questions, we would receive a response. The flexibility of the host made this MUCH more enjoyable than other AirBnBs we have stayed at. We will definitely be booking this place again. Everyone loved it.

Great spot for our group—right on the beach with an unbeatable location. The house was even larger than expected in person, which made it very comfortable for everyone. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. Would definitely stay again.
