Smyrna House | New Smyrna Beach | Oceanfront Modern Beach House w/ Pool

Beautiful house and great location. Only minor issues: Master bedrooms could use tvs, an easy reference on how to operate all appliances, note that extra bed is a trundle, shower in master get floor wet no matter what you do, possibly slip and fall. Beach mats available, but not beach towels.

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect beach house! 🏖️ The home is directly across a small, quiet road from the beach, making it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. It was perfect for our family and would be great for a group vacation as well. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the home, especially having the pool to break up our beach days. The open living space and large dining area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back!

Joanna was awesome! Great place right on the water. My friends and I had an amazing experience, and Joanna was very responsive. Helped us out with whatever was needed. Would definitely use again!

If you use wash cloths you will need to bring your own.

House was a gem. Beautiful decorated with everything you need. We slept w open blinds to the beach in the master bedroom and were treated to the most amazing sunrise. The house is waterfront and the beach access is a few steps from the house. The lifeguard tower is also right in front, so the location was ideal. There is a house being constructed on one side but we stayed from Friday to Sunday and there was no one working. My husband commented that he had not felt so relaxed in a long while. We will return.

Beautiful home on the beach. Amazing views of the ocean. Adequate space for a large group. Bedrooms comfy and spacious. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Game room was underwhelming. Pool space was awesome. Be aware there is construction of a house next door which created noise and sawdust on our outdoor balconies. Not sure when construction will be completed. Overall we had a wonderful family stay. We would stay here again.
