Salisbury I | Lenox Hill | Penthouse w/ Private Roof

Nice apartment and good communication. However considering we had booked the apartment for 6 weeks and paid a small fortune we had difficulty with the WiFi, no amenities like tea or coffee and water. Most frustrating part was we asked for a slightly later checkout due to our flights however this wasn’t possible and we had cleaners knocking on the door at 10:01. Disappointing considering we raised no issues were easy to get along with and like I said paid a lot of money to stay there was frustrating to not even have 10 minutes extra let alone two hours like we asked for!!! Also be mindful of extra charges through Rose travel website after booking we ended up spending around £3000 more on this

The apartment was generally clean. However, when we arrived, the towels were still in the washing machine and were not ready to use. I think the towels should be ready when guests check in. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and we had to walk up several stairs. We had a baby stroller, so this was difficult. Carrying the stroller and luggage was very tiring. Families with children should keep this in mind. Other than that, the apartment was clean and nice. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Thank you.

The place was great and we had a wonderful stay! We'd highly recommend choosing Rove as your host and will be returning to live with them the next time we're in the city.

We had a great stay while we were doing a work trip to New York. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and bright. Especially having nespresso coffee, detergent and shampoo etc. available was very convenient for our 6 week stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The equipment in the kitchen is very good and we were able to cook all kinds of meals there. The roof terasse is a major highlight of the place which we used often for drinks or workouts. Rove was a great host which always responded promptly and assisted us in all needs. The area is very safe, the apartment is quiet and many restaurants are around. Bus and metro are close by. Central Park is a 15 min walk maximum. We can only recommend to stay here to experience New York while enjoying a nice neighborhood and comfortable apartment.

Points négatifs : 3 eme sans ascenseur, avec les valises ça pique Petite cuisine, table avec uniquement 4 chaises, pour 4 chambres c est juste Métro un peu loin Points positifs Beaucoup de charme Bus à coté très paisible tout en étant dans un quartier très classe et vivant
