Mary Ann is an amazing host! We had such a wonderful stay catching up with friends and enjoying the beautiful property. House is lovely and has everything we needed. She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. We loved seeing the animals around the property and the bird enclosures!

Mary Ann’s home is such an ideal place to stay, and she is beyond lovely. The house, pool, and property are so serene and feel very private. The house has everything you need and the location is amazing! Seeing Mary Ann’s animals was also such a highlight and so special. I will definitely be back.

MaryAnn is an exceptional host. Just a sweetheart - friendly and responsive. The home is very special filled with unique artwork and antiques. Lots of amenities! My grandchildren so enjoyed MaryAnn’s duck and rooster farm. MaryAnn gave us a dozen fresh eggs to enjoy for breakfast!!! The pool guys came early morning to maintain the pool to be nicely heated and clean. If I were to have one disappointed was the advertised hot tub which was a huge plus in the ad for our 8 adults to look forward to was not up and operating. My family was very bummed about that. Otherwise, the amenities and home with its magical setting is a great find!

Mary Ann provided incredible hospitality and made our experience 10/10. We can’t wait to return next year!

This is our second time staying at Mary Ann’s beautiful Southampton home and each time we have the best time and everything is always perfect! Mary Ann is always responsive and helpful if needed. The pool and outdoor area is always a highlight of the stay. There is so much space, even for a larger group. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back again soon!
