Surfside Villa | Montauk | Luxe Oceanfront Home with Hot Tub

A true gem! This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The nearby beach access was both convenient and private, and the sunset views were absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again!

We’ve stayed here a few times and really enjoy it. About a 20 minute walk from town. The only thing we wished we had this time was direct beach access. Unfortunately, the beach stairs are closed and need to be repaired. Other than that, the place is very relaxing and well appointed.

Roger’s place is exactly as advertised. Amazing views over the south shore, relaxing layouts, easy access to town, whether walking or driving. It’s a cozy, classic, Montauk beach house. Can’t imagine better.

Roger was great to work with. He was friendly and always quick to respond. He checked on us on day one and the last day. He could be reached at any time before, during, and after our stay with ease. The house had amazing views from sunrise to sunset. You can sit on the deck in front of the fire pit or in the hot tub without seeing your neighbors. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked with every amenity you could need. The only issue we had was parking. But, the local police had us put signs in our cars when parked on the street so that we would not violate the no parking signs.
