Seaside Cottage | Hampton Bays | Home with Heated Pool & Beach Access

This was the second year at Mike’s house for our family…6 adults, three kids under 5 and our dog. The open layout on the main floor made it perfect to blend leisure, dining and access to the heated pool. Everyone had their own personal space, so important when there’s a 2 month old and two and four year olds. The beautiful sandy bay beach was a walk away. My favorite private time was sitting on the front porch sipping a glass of wine, reading a book and enjoying the peaceful, wooded surroundings. Hope to return next year!

What a fantastic property! We had such an amazing time. We were there during a tough heatwave and the pool was perfect to beat the heat. The backyard is amazing, with the chaises and umbrellas, we felt like we were in a resort! There were eight pin our family with 4 and 6 year old girls who loved having toys and books to enjoy when we were hanging out. The rooms are super spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. The black out shades helped with sleeping in too. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of dish towels, paper towels and toilet paper. We used the grill too which was super clean! Using the propane fire pit for s’mores was super easy. Mike and Krissy are excellent hosts! They were very responsive to our requests and questions. Check in and check out were easy. The property is close to Westhampton, Southampton, the wineries on the north fork and to both bay and ocean beaches! Highly recommend it!

We loved the house! Had the best time. The layout was perfect for our family. Two adult sons with their ladies, 3 pups, and our beautiful baby grand daughter. Our week was made even more wonderful with the news that our granddaughter is going to be a big sister! We did a gender reveal at Tiana Beach to the delight of our group of 20 in addition to other beachgoers. It was the first time we rented a beach house that had a pool, the saltwater aspect was a big plus, and it was surprisingly easy to manage thanks to the owners’ clear instructions. They get an A + on communication on all fronts. The bedrooms were lovely and the ability to make the twins into a king in one of the upstairs bedrooms was ideal. Supplies, kitchen gadgets and appliances, towels and sheets were more than adequate. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to shops, supermarkets, a great coffee shop and to Tiana Beach, our favorite. We would not hesitate to book this lovely home again.

We enjoyed our stay! 15 mins to West Hampton village / 25 to Southampton village. Walking distance to the beach (pebbly but more sandy than expected!). The pool was great. Rooms are spacious. Great communication.

Our 4th year returning and it was another great experience for our families! Highly recommend
