Clairedale Cottage | Hampton Bays | Charming Beachfront Retreat

The home was extremely comfortable and pretty. No clutter, nice furnishings, very clean kitchen. The view of the bay was incredible. The private beach only a few steps away is a huge plus. Nicklas was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful, and rejuvenating week in Nicklas's home. The house was spotless, everything was new and so tasteful, and there was every amenity we could have wanted -- and then some. And the view from the house, as well as the grounds, is an absolute 10! We saw a gorgeous sunset every night, and enjoyed watching the little Bambis having their breakfasts and dinners right on the property! The house is as gorgeous as the photos. We had one issue during our stay, which Nicklas resolved immediately; he is a superhost! We are looking forward to a return visit!

The location was perfect for our needs, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive to any issues or requests. Our family had a great time enjoying the beach and lawn. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Nicklas place with our families. Everything is freshly renovated and the place is just like the pictures, beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the Weber grill and the outdoor area where we had our meals together. Everyone enjoyed the wonderful surroundings and the beach just few steps from the house. Nicklas has been available and helpful before and during our stay, thank you for sharing this beautiful place!
